Linda obtained her lawyer’s qualification and master’s degree in 2009 from the University of Latvia, and she also obtained an LL.M. in 2014 from King’s College, London University.
Before joining the Supremia law firm, Linda gained experience in other law firms in Latvia. With 15 years of experience, Linda has been assisting and advising clients on various legal issues.
Linda specializes in commercial law and real estate. She has an in-depth knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in corporate restructuring and liquidation matters. Linda advises clients on various corporate governance issues. Additionally, Linda assists clients in real estate transactions, starting from legal due diligence before the sale, structuring the transaction, and finally preparing land registry documents.
